本设备自成系统，不需要其他附属设施，所有喷雾干燥需要的机械和电器部件都装在柜体内。

The unit is self contained and supplied complete and ready for immediate operation.

柜体优质SUS304不锈钢材质，喷雾腔、旋风分离器及物料收集瓶为玻璃材质，易于监测。所有和玻璃连接的夹接件为快拆式设计。

Main body is made of Stainless steel. Main chamber, sample collective bottle and cyclone are all glassware and easy to install and turn off. All borosilicate glass is visual for inline monitoring of process status.

PROFACE人机界面液晶触摸屏控制，可控制进出口温度、气流、空气压力、自动疏通阻塞频率和流量等。

Using proface touchable interface display operation, operator can control temperature, airflow volume, air pressure,pump speed and de-blocker frequency.

自吸式蠕动泵，物料流速可调。

Product feeding with RS2559605 rotary pump, capacity is adjustable

外管提供压缩空气至喷嘴，喷射器和喷嘴之间的精密制造使液体射流能被很好地汽化成雾状。

Out ring jacket supplying compressed air to nozzle and atomization is formed at the outlet of internal product pipe.

 

喷射器自动疏通阻塞，在线变频控制，可防止物流在射流器中的固化和大颗粒物料对射流器的堵塞。

Automatic de-blocking device prevents the nozzle from becoming blocked and variably controlled.

 

配备除尘器，捕获尾气中粉尘，防止污染。
